LudArtem – the Center for Sports and the Expressive Arts envisions individuals and communities acting as agents of their own wellbeing through the integration of trauma-informed sports and expressive arts methodologies. The name LudArtem comes from “ludus,” Latin for “play, game, sports” and “artem” which means “the art or according to the art or practice.”
